Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Hare Contracting Limited on
the 17th day of July 2003 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 18th day of November 2002.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
