Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day
of January 2003, he was appointed as receiver and
manager of the property of Hodder Kitchens 2000 Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the
30th day of June 2000, which property consists of all
the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Hodder Kitchens 2000 Limited.
