Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a debenture dated the 13th day of September 2000, given by CMB Brands Limited in its favour, A Dewavrin Fils (NZ) Limited has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the property of CMB Brands Limited on the 1st day of August 2003 under the powers contained in the said debenture.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
