Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed on the 13th day
of January 2003, as receivers of the property of Trimtech New Zealand Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of May 1999 by Vivian Denbeigh Cleary and Patricia Grace Cleary.
The property secured consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
