Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Lara Louise Markham, Paul John Matthews and Karl Alexander Walker, of Auckland, on the 14th day of July 2003, appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Avcom Technologies Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of July 2001, which property consists of all assets and undertakings.
Manzana Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, on the 14th day of July 2003, appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Avcom Technologies Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 18th day of November 2002.
