Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed on the 14th day of July 2003, as receivers of the property of Business Systems Limited, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 28th day of November 1997 by Classic Finance Limited.
The Property Secured Consists of: The assets and undertaking of the company.
