I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 20th day
of December 2002, I resigned as receiver of Dimension Kitchens Limited ("the company"), as appointed under the registered deed of debenture dated the 7th day of February 2002 issued by the company to National Mortgage Nominee Company Limited.
