I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 20th day
of December 2002, I resigned as receiver of Dimension Group of Companies Limited ("the company"), as appointed under the registered deed of debenture dated the 29th day of June 2001 issued by the company to National Mortgage Nominee Company Limited.
