Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On Friday, the 4th day of July 2003, Simon John Abbot was appointed by Helen Mary Dirkzwager, Louis Petrus Dirkzwager and John Melville Abbot, acting under powers conferred by a debenture registered on the 3rd day of July 2000, to act as receiver of the income, assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
