Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of June 2003, Bruce Donald Gemmell, of Christchurch, and William Guy Black, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of ENZO Research Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 27th day of March 2001, which consists of all of the assets and undertaking of the company.
