Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of June 2003, William Cleave Edwards and John Berwick Nicholls, as trustees of the Bill Edwards Family Trust, appointed Kim Scott Thompson, chartered accountant, whose office is at WEL Energy House, corner of Victoria and London Streets, Hamilton, as receiver and manager of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 12th day of September 2001.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
