Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Gerald Stanley Hampton, accountant of 16 William Denney Avenue, Westmere, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 3rd day of June 2003, I was appointed receiver of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in the deed of debenture dated the 31st day of May 1996 granted to Musharakah Finance Limited.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the property charged under the deed of debenture.
