Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, Daran Nair, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 6th day of June 2003, Pacific Fresh Limited, holders of a debenture dated the 16th day of August 2001 issued by the company in favour of the debenture holders, appointed me as receiver of all of
the undertaking, property and assets of Yogi Superette Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in the debenture.
