Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 9th day of June 2003, John Trevor Whittfield and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Sugar Bar Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of February 2002, which consists of all
of the property, assets and undertaking of the company, including all the stock-in-trade, all its proceeds of book debts, and cash in hand and at the bank.
