Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of
13 Woodford Terrace, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 30th day of May 2003, I was appointed as receiver of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 16th day of December 2002 granted to Securities Registry (No 4) Trust.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the property charged under the security agreement.
