Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level Nine, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
the 13th day of August 2002, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of The Yacht Club Limited (in receivership) under the provisions of a debenture dated the 10th day of March 1995.
That appointment was terminated on the 23rd day of May 2003 with effect from 1.00 p.m., such termination being by the receivers and managers exercising their rights pursuant to section 11 (2) of the Receiverships Act 1993.
This notice is given under section 11 (4) (a) of the Receiverships Act 1993.
