Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of May 2003, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, assets and property of Estes International Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of September 2000 in favour of The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, which was assigned to Estrella Muhr on the 7th day of May 2003.
