of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Keruse and Gairdner Limited on
the 22nd day of May 2003 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 20th day of June 1979.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
