Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Ogden, of Oak Chartered Accountants Limited,
8 Raroa Road (P.O. Box 30-038), Lower Hutt, was appointed receiver of AKE Limited on the 2nd day of May 2003, under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
