9 Princes Street, Auckland, and Bruce Donald Gemmell, whose office is at Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch, chartered accountants of KPMG, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of April 2003, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property
of Thurston Mechanical Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of December 1994, which property consists of the company's present and future assets and undertaking.
