Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 9th day of April 2003, we, Rowan John Chapman and Shaun Roger Nixon, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint receivers and managers of the property of Motorpol New Zealand Limited, under powers conferred by a registered debenture dated the 13th day of December 1982, given by the company, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
