of Level One, 484 Main Street, Palmerston North, as receiver of all the undertaking, property and assets of Quadraflex Plastics Limited (in receivership), pursuant to the powers contained in debentures dated the 16th day of December 1999, the 21st day of December 2000 and the 5th day of January 2001 and registered in the Personal Property Securities Register on the 15th day of November 2002, the 15th day of November 2002 and the 29th day of November 2002 respectively.
