Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 9th day of April 2003, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Vesuvio Cafe and Bar Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 10th day of March 1994, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Vesuvio Cafe and Bar Limited.
