Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March 2003, Grant Stephen Jarrold and James Bruce McAlister, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of R T Cochrane & Sons Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 1st day of November 2000 given by that company.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the company's undertakings and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
