Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 4th day of December 2002, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, assets and property of Dimension Group of Companies Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a debenture in favour of National Mortgage Nominee Company Limited dated the 29th day of June 2001, which was registered on the 10th day of July 2001.
