Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Dennis Clifford Parsons, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, gives notice that on 17th day of December 2002, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, assets and property of Baywater Finance Limited at Hamilton, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 7th day of March 2002, in favour of Covenant Trustee Company Limited.
