Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of March 2003, Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Mackrill Bate Euston Advertising & Communication Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated
the 5th day of August 1999 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
