David Bryden Davidson and John Anthony Waller,
of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Premium Packaging Limited on the 12th day of December 2002, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 28th day of April 1997.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
