Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, hereby give notice that on the 4th day of March 2003, we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Total Refinish Supplies Limited pursuant to a debenture dated the 21st day of December 2001.
