Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
On the 27th day of February 2003, I, Grahame David Craig, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Rehab Management Limited, under the powers conferred by a debenture dated the 29th day of January 2002 and a debenture dated the 24th day of July 1998 given by the company, to act as receiver and manager of all assets of the company.
