Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of March 2003, DR & BH Wilkinson Family Trust appointed Kim Scott Thompson, chartered accountant, whose office is at WEL Energy House, corner of Victoria and London Streets, Hamilton, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained
in an instrument dated the 9th day of November 1978 in favour of Bank of New Zealand.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking, all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
