Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of February 2003, Bank of New Zealand hereby appointed Murray Neil Frost and Vicki Elizabeth Botting, chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers and managers of the property of Inglis Bros Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 1st day of October 1979 given by that company.
