Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of February 2003, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of
the property of ISDN Finance Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 17th day of May 2002 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
