Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Simon Bijl, chartered accountant of Robert Bijl Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed liquidator of Linwood Chambers Limited.
The liquidation commenced on Monday, the 10th day of February 2003.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes Thursday, the 6th day of March 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
