Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Anthony Elms, chartered accountant of Martin Jarvie PKF, was appointed liquidator of Trans-Orient Petroleum (NZ) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
20th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
