Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be wound up voluntarily and that David Gordon Beatson be appointed liquidator with the liquidation commencing on the 3rd day of February 2003.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have resolved that the company was solvent before my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no meeting of creditors is required to be held.
A solvency certificate had been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
