Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 5th day of February 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies
Act 1993, that Mount Maunganui Appliances Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of February 2003 at 4.00 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 7th day of March 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors and shareholders of the company may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
