Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of December 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Hull Road Bakery (1997) Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed as joint and several liquidators.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at the Bureta Park Motor Inn, Vale Street, Tauranga, on the 7th day of January 2003 commencing at 10.00 a.m.
Business
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors.
2. Consider whether to appoint other liquidators in place of the present liquidators.
3. Consider whether to pass resolutions setting out views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
4. Consideration of appointment of a liquidation committee and, if so, appoint members of that committee.
