Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Robert Gordon Foster, chartered accountant of Auckland, has been appointed liquidator
of Aerofast New Zealand Limited by special resolution of shareholders dated the 17th day of January 2003.
The liquidation of the company commenced on the 17th day of January 2003.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that, as liquidator of the company, I fix the 7th day of March 2003, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
