Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 31st day of January 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that West Melton Limited be liquidated and that Ronald Wilfred Eglinton and Ross John Hadwin, chartered accountants of Palmerston North, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of January 2003.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
