Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy John Dunn and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of Polson Higgs & Co, were appointed liquidators of James B Matheson Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of January 2003 at 5.00 p.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
7th day of March 2003, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
