Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 12th day of December 2003, it was resolved by special resolution that Pacific Provedores (1988) Limited
be liquidated and that Kevin R. Lewis, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of December 2003 at 9.00 a.m.
