Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed as joint and several liquidators of BWG Technologies Limited (in liquidation) on the 10th day of December 2003 at 10.00 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a).
Notice of Intention to Remove
Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) will be sent to the Registrar after 20 working days from the date of this notice.
Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 19th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit
of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
