Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

In the matter of section 241 (2) a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Northwest Holdings Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of December 2003 at 10.00 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally
as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to
a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of December 2003.
