Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 30th day of January 2003 at 11.12 a.m., when the High Court appointed Grant Bruce Reynolds, of Reynolds & Associates, liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
