Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 and by shareholders' resolution dated the 1st day of December 2003 at 3.30 p.m. to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, as the liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator advises that a declaration as to solvency dated the 1st day of December 2003 has been filed with the Registrar of Companies by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator fixes the 24th day of December 2003, as the last day in which the creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have in the company.
Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
The company, whose registered offices are situated at 131 Taupaki Road, Taupaki, Auckland, is ready to be removed from the Companies Office Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the final report referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
Any objection to the removal must be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, setting out the grounds for such objection and be made not later than the 20th day of February 2004.
