Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above named companies commenced on the 3rd day of December 2003 at 5.00 p.m., when the members appointed Grant Robert Graham and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named companies, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
