Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Richard Agnew and David Davidson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on the 1st day of December 2003 at 10.29 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, the date and times that the liquidations commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix the 15th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
