Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is given that on the 31st day of October 2003 at 9.30 a.m., a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Brian Richard Anderson, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of Canaan Foods Limited fixes the 6th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
