Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, by order of the High Court on the 4th day of December 2003 at 11.05 a.m., Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as liquidators.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 16th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
